✘ Akira has a secret obsession for miniatures. Not even he’s sure why he likes them so much, but he seems fascinated with their detail - especially miniatures of electronics and other everyday things. He seems to be even more attracted to them if they’re functional in one way or another, even if it’s a button that makes a small thing click or a trigger that makes something move… perhaps it’s his Rubiks complex that drives him, the items  mysterious to him on how they’re made with such accurate detail or able to move at such a small scale.

✘ Akira is a tech nerd. He loves working with anything of the sort, mostly computers, however. He’s pretty good at coding and fixing programming issues, taking apart and putting back together and well… pretty much anything else that has to do with computers. Despite the fact that he could easily build a custom desktop or laptop, he hasn’t, and uses one he purchased. He tries to be modest about his skills.

✘ Akira is pretty ticklish on his sides. A poke there will make the boy jump… even higher if you do it when he doesn’t know that you’re standing there. It can be quite hilarious if you do so, but he can’t be held responsible for any injuries you may acquire if you decide to prod at him.

✘ Akira’s stomach does not take kindly to mass amounts of grease. He rarely eats fast food, or anything else that looks like it’s bleeding grease. Of course, when he cooks, he uses olive oil in his pans, but only sparingly… and in the exact amount that he’ll need. He doesn’t always eat healthy of course, the sweets he likes pretty much always in stock in his place of residence, but he’d rather make a homemade meal than go out to eat - even if it’s with friends, he enjoys cooking for others.

✘ … Akira is a neat-freak. Everything that he comes into contact with must be clean and tidy. His room is pretty much spotless, as would his house be if he had one. Books are organized by author and title (as are movies), clothes are folded and neatly put away unless they are hanging in a closet, gaming systems are placed neatly on shelves next to their corresponding games - which are also organized by title and series. Even his array of computers and computer parts are in an organized mess in the corner in boxes. When he sees a mess in another room that’s not his, he gets an urge to clean it… and often tries to do so.

✘ Of all foods, Akira seems to favor red velvet cake and strawberries the most. No matter where he is, if he sees some sitting somewhere, he will stop to stare at them and debate buying them. One of his favorite things to do is actually make a wide variety of  confectioneries with strawberries. He seems to be willing to do many things for the two sweeter foods… share information, lend a helping hand… preform on his guitar or sing. It’s a fairly easy way to bribe the boy.

✘ Emotions flow through music. Akira is a huge believer in this. When he’s Angry, upset, or anything of the sort, he will either listen to music or play his own via guitar. Occasionally he will sing too, but those occasions are few and far between. He’s not big on performances either, having a considerable amount of stage freight… even if it’s just one person watching.

If you ask really nicely… maybe bribe him a bit… he may just sing and play for you.

✘ Akira tends to snuggle things in his sleep… whether it be the person who’s so unfortunate to sit next to him while he naps, plush items or his pillow. It’s something he won’t ever tell anyone else that he does, as he’s embarrassed of this odd little habit… but it’s quite easy to tell that he does this by a glimpse at his bed and the stuffed wolf that sits in the corner. He usually pulls his blankets over his pillows and the plush when making his bed to try and hide evidence.
